Not only is the company doing an end around the CBA, NJASAP is allowing them... Now NJASAP is going to attempt to freeze the furloughed... I have no doubt somehow it will end up being a return to 3rd year pay and longetivity...
NJASAP has had 5 years to be ready for this recall..... Plus plenty of furloughed guys mentioned stuff like this only to be told..."we will deal with it when it comes, recall is a long way off"
