You're basically stuck going through one of their regionals to get to AA if not from the military, or extremely well connected. I haven't heard of anyone getting on at AA from Endeavor, whereas Delta and United are taking the most of our guys. United is taking guys who got the double no from the DAL SSP.

I think this is very smart on the part of Dougie, he is ensuring he has pilots to fly at these 12/4 rates. If you say it is dumb, and people will leave, well, that just simply makes an AA WO regional even more attractive for a newbie.
