Too bad we don't have one. The Flow Through provisions in this new agreement are so sparse as to make them a hinderance. Any newhire can flow through at 5/mth? When AA will be hiring at 700/yr?
Whoopty do. AA historically doesn't hire much from Eagle except for well connected

or children of current AA pilots. So to me coming here still wouldn't make sense.
People need to become educated and make informed decisions instead of relying on College and Airline Recruiters, and Kit D.
