Unbelievable! These are the people we're trusting around aircraft that are hauling passengers? It is only a matter of time before they damage a plane, injure or kill someone, or worse. This isn't just an embarrassment, it's a safety issue on so many levels. Any FAA bubbas read these threads? If so, this is an area that needs your attention.
