Are type ratings awarded out of training for a cfi coming in with 1500 hours and a atp. And if so how long would a new hire fly the 145 or the 700 before transitioning to the 175 as a new FO?
Type ratings are required. Not just SIC type ratings but PIC type ratings. If you don't have your ATP, the company will get that for you. New ATP rules.
