I quickly looked on the internet and could not find an answer can some one give me an rough estimate.

I will " be retire $ eligible" in about 4 years by upon reaching age 60 from the USAFR
I have about 4000 points
I retired as a major

What amount $ after tax would I get each month

Not to start a debate.
but take the I would like my spouse to get some of my pay $ after i die...survivor benefit.

Please don't argue this too hard either but choose tricare or tricare for life.

Rhetorical ? do you think social security will still pay for the next 30 years or be bankrupt. Or will I get some kind of a "you get a government pay check" you cant get two scenario?
