Not sure if you're selling bunk fir someone or just clueless. This is a cyclical industry, always has been and always will be. MANY economic and political situations have influenced airline health, growth and hiring over the the last 50 years. To make the claims of certainty you're making is pure assumption.

I assume you're a junior Envoy pilot who needs a fodder of hapless dopes below you to come to Envoy to improve your chances of the "slow through" working for you, or perhaps a management stooge.
Even if the fool through moves a steady 250 pilots a year to AA every year going forward, the saps who sign on now won't flow for many, many years.
