Aren't you folks able to pass an interview and get hired? It sure seems like the Envoy MEC sure put a lot into this flow through section of the TA. Certain folks need the flow through because of too many marks on their record over the years but it seems that should be the exception and not the rule.
This +1

Exactly. There will be plenty of open spots at the majors soon. Flow is a management tool to keep the right seats of the RJs full. It is a way to entice the new guys that don't know any better, into coming to that regional to fill the right seat and to stay there until their flow # comes up. That will take years.

Flow gives management control over your career, and they will keep you in the cheap seats as long as they can. In the near future, you will be able to prep for the interview and get to a major on your own much more quickly than any flow is going to get you there. Do not give anything up for flow. It will no longer be needed.
