XJT's is a ten year old concessionary contract as well.

Between Envoy and PSA, they both have bottom of the barrell contracts then?

Isn't the whole point to get in, get out and get on with a major asap? If XJT most junior got upgraded in 2007, why would anyone wanna stick around for almost 10 years with an FO payscale no matter how good the contract is?

Everything is a consideration. You need to do the math on the flow throughs. PDT is 3-4 a month and envoy is between 15-30 a month.

I'm not sure what AWAC upgrade time is. Horizon is a career regional much like what Piedmont used to be. That might not be a good choice if getting to a major is your final destination.

Keep in mind that more and more regional FOs are being hired at mainline airlines. For example, at xjt, from January 1st to November 30th, there was total attrition of 733 pilots, 417 of those were FOs, and only 48 of those went to other regionals. The vast majority of FOs are going to mainline.
