The SEA 73N base isn't open yet - supposed to open on the January 2nd AE (Advanced Entitlement bid.)
Hard to say how senior it will go, but historically SEA has been a very senior base. The ER has been the smallest airplane there for a long time though, so having a narrowbody based there can't hurt.
LAX and SLC are finally starting to see some junior/Newhire-ish pilots getting in as well.
