Also understand that there is typically a 6 month conversion window for each AE. You will be given a potential conversion date for planning sometime in that window but won't actually know the real date until approx 35 days prior.

For example, I was awarded SLC on the July AE right out of sim training. The results were announced the first week of Aug and I was told to expect Feb 1st for conversion. I will actually convert on Jan 1st (published on 28 nov conversion list).
