I'm not management, I'm a regional guy trying to figure out the next step in my career. I have an interview the first week of Jan and I'm really excited about it. Just trying to weigh the good and bad. I've read about half the thread but 1010 pages is quite a lot. Commuting on rsv with a 4 hour flight doesn't leave me much time before my interview to read the whole thing. I'll get through it though!
