If you live in DFW I would seriously consider going to Envoy instead of commuting to CLT (Unless PSA announces DFW to be a new base). Both places will get you to AA and both will have a ton of movement in the next few years so you might as well avoid commuting.
I have definitely thought about Envoy, with my schedule (part 135 on demand charter) getting the time off to interview has been tricky to say the least. I lucked out and got one at PSA that coincided with days off back in early November.
For the time being I'm going to stick it out with PSA. If I absolutely hate the commute then I'll reevaluate in six months. Hopefully by then I will have the seniority to hold a commutable line in CLT.
