Timeline: Submitted App in July but didn't have medical or passport until getting back from deployment in October. No internal recs, 3500TT, IP, EP. Interview in Feb.
Did you go to a job fair or have any other ins @ the company which most folks wouldn't have; or perhaps some sky-high quals such as TPS, NASA, or Time's Man of the Year? If not, I'd say this is a turn for the better if DAL is looking at strong applications without internals/job fairs.
