Nope, this is old news. The xjt MEC rolled over on this issue over 4 years ago when Skywest bought us. Now we have to deal with it. Management doesn't want to merge the airlines. Rolled over? They made a business decision that allowed the current group of ERJ pilots to choose when they left. Had they not, your current CBA would have been gutted in BK court and the scraps sold off. You can bad mouth those guys all you want but they made a choice that has continued to benefit you to this day.
