So if you get hired into the e-145 you will eventually be displaced out of it my guess is around a year. Same goes for the CRJ as the 175's starts rolling inn at a rate of 2+ a month. Which at that point you'll be getting the E-175. If I was you I would pick the CRJ-700 then the E-175. I believe you'll end up in the 175 faster by being on the CRJ vs the 145. Just my thought.
