I had a bid that was "processing" for over 30 minutes before finally getting denied; just want to make sure that the system works as advertised.
Good qstn, I don't think WE can tell who place the request first, long "processing" periods are no more or less than CS manually doing the "swaps,drops,pick ups"...supposedly in the order they arrive.
I think we have the only Automated Systems in the industry that have to be manually intervene in a daily basis. (IT, Email, Flica, Payroll, Travel, Scheduling, etc)
