You can't do Hawaii on the cheap. It takes competent support, spare aircraft and crews, quality maintenance. All of the things allegiant does not have Because they flat refuse to pay for it. The typical culture of arrogance and ignorance drove the decision to take on such a reach. Most of us predicted it would fail, and it did.
