Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this is BS... But a rather new CA upgrade picks up a trip out of base, then she posts it on the trade board for two weeks( nobody wants it, who wants a redeye on New Years Eve?) so she calls out sick for it today.. So a poor reserve is stuck doing it.....

Way to F your flying brethren! Don't pick something up out of base unless you intend to fly the trip!
