The problem here at Skywest is they are starting to run it like any other regional and not the "old" Skywest. When 15 year guys are being forced into 95 hours of block and there is talk of 12/4 pay caps along with a new Jr. man policy you tend drive moral down a bit.

They are gonna give all the pilots a surface 2. The pilots are responsible for it should it happen to get broken. Who could complain about that. That will fix everything.....
