I know two CAs assigned to the CGN FDA, both have kids, and they've talked about how expensive school is for their kids. As a new hire, you're not going to afford that.
Ignore this guy ... if you're lucky enough to get hired here I think the FDA would be a wonderful opportunity for a young family.
Things aren't perfect here but they're better than many places. It beats working for a living.
