Sure, moving up in seniority at the rate of 14% per year, most Jr capt is 37% seniority (from the bottom), 37/14 is 2.64.
So IF this rate of movement and hiring continues, which many are saying it will INCREASE, but I'm just projecting with constant movement because that's all I can really go off.
