When I listen to the F/Os it becomes clear, they don't have any plans, it's jump at the first, different thing that comes along, and to operate in thes shark infested waters, rudderless is foolhardy. If my musings cause one guy to think about what he is gonna do with some planning, it's worth it. I don't really have a dog in this pit, it's the guys like WRX who need the next layer of airline fodder to allow them to upgrade. I have mine, have had it for awhile, and could afford to take an early retirement and live quite comfortably. Do the math....70 resignations, 70 upgrades, how many new hires????
