Delta is supposed to do 50 percent of the flying in its transatlantic partnership with Air France-KLM Group and Alitalia SpA. As Tsquare would say....Lulz.
Can someone explain to me this quote below:
"The pilot deal would let Virgin add eight more wide-bodies to its current 38, according to its website, after which Delta would have to maintain about three times as much international capacity as the U.K. airline", Dominguez said
How do we maintain our current percent of flying at a heavily slot controlled airport (ie no more slots for additional flights...the reason given for buying a 49% stake in Virgin) while green lighting 8 more widebodies to Virgin?
Who cares about any of that Ed. There's a new AE out!
