When I got hired at Eagle in 2007, I spent 4 years on ready reserve - and not by choice. I just didn't have the seniority to hold anything except a ready reserve line... flew maybe 200 hrs in 4 years working ready reserve.

Then I went from not being able to hold anything except ready reserve to reserve to holding a line in about 6 months.
