With this I agree. Without a 2.5 upgrade, vast improvement contract and with increased legacy hiring, how are we going to retain pilots? I heard there is about 1/month leaving right now. Not a lot, but what happens when the floodgates open at Delta, United and American?
Why will someone choose Spirit, or to remain at Spirit without a quick upgrade? It's really what's leveling the playing field in a way between Spirit and the legacies.
