Not sure if someone already posted it but there is a form on Deltanet for jury duty that you need to fill out. Once complete you just hit submit and it is sent electronically. I would get that done ASAP. Click the index tab and they select Jury. From there you will click on the link tagged pilot leave duty request form and then go from there.

ADMIN -> Leaves -> Legal Duty Leave (Jury Duty) -> Pilot Leave Duty Request Form
You must also scan and email the summons IAW the directions on the DELTANET. Pretty sure I left my fax machine with my bag phone so email it is
