The company almost made a major mis-step in the recent illegal vacancy award and just about released us for self help...it would have been wonderful! BUT, this clearly brought a lot more pilots on board, and seems to have cultivated some solidarity, which we desperately need. I haven't seen such instant solidarity from this group ever, and I've got to thank the company for that. In a sick way, I hope they keep messing with us to feed the monster that is union solidarity, so that we can drop the hammer so freakin' hard when negotiations come up that they have no other option than to play ball. Otherwise I can see them drawing negotiations out for years and years...
