I'm pretty sure he mentioned that at his seniority and longevity leaving isn't a realistic option. However having a sober view of where his company is and expressing those views in hopes that maybe changes can be made by injecting those views into the broader conversation might be realistic.
We are lucky to be in a job where you can bargain and vote for your work rules and compensation.
I don't care about his age or seniority.... After pushing past the weak grammar, and spelling that rivals a 5-year old, I just don't think posting things that have borderline legality issues on a PUBLIC forum is necessary...
