A lot of those trips in the bid package will be used for IOE, and they will also use out of base guys to cover some of the open time. The monthly line projections are not hard and fast numbers, they are more of a guestimate, and really mean nothing in the actual number of lines produced, especially in any new category.
Bid what you want...and hope for the best. A year from now things will have settled down a bit and those estimated line counts might actually mean something.
