I agree Airspeed does the hiring process make sense at Delta Air Lines for a lot of people, No. But it's there company and there process. The process is formed so that people like you who have serious heart burn don't apply. I really don't think you would be happy here. I am sure you are a great pilot and the way it sounds very qualified but the Delta culture may not be one you would fit in. I didn't write this to be sarcastic just a truthful observation.
