I know enough legacy new hires to know that's totally false. And would also, if true, show very poor judgment of said airline.
A computer does the ranking, not a recruiter. Fact: 121TPIC is more valuable than TSIC. Also, I highly doubt there is any weighting based on which company you worked for. Time at XJT, ENY, TSA, GJ, SKW is exactly the same.
