Phase 1-koolaid and unicorn hair, Phase 2- disbelief, Phase 3-Anger and angst, Phase 4-acceptance and regret, Phase 5- Just don't care anymore, comes to work, does the best they can, given the circumstances and tries to have a life. The timing phases totally depend on a multiple of variables.
