A computer draws application based on criteria input by the carrier. Just because it draws you application with 3000 TT and 200 TPIC, the recruiters that LOOK at it, can and most likely WILL turn it down when they see you are regional hopping for quick upgrades and fast PIC time.
Even if you do get the interview, you still have to impress them to get the job, Mainline prefers quality over quantity, so jumping regionals and spending a year or 2 at each trying to hop on the bandwagon will most likely sabotage your interview. The last thing they want to do is hire someone who will jump ship whenever a seemingly better opportunity arises. remember they are paying for your type rating and investing in you. they want to get their moneys worth...
"Time at XJT, ENY, TSA, GJ, SKW is exactly the same." I believe this to be wrong. it will be weighted at the interview...if they decide to bring you in. There IS a quality of FO at certain airlines, fyi. I've heard from multiple recruiters, they know the quality of pilot at xjt/asa is very high due to our intensive training program. that's not to say that PSA and TSA guys aren't great pilots, I'm sure there are some, but certain airlines are respected and regarded higher than others...and that does make some difference, such as military is weighted more than civilian...(which makes no sense, when we do the EXACT job they are hiring for)
