The only reason new-hires went to the 175 is because there wasn't enough current pilots bidding it. They don't have that problem anymore, when this all shakes down they'll be the junior pilots in the junior base only moving backwards in seniority until every pilot in the entire company has had a chance to transition. It isn't that tough, while I don't have all the answers, BTDT for quite awhile, if there is money involved, senior guys will jump on it like a duck on a june-bug. Unless there is a question, then we will wait until we are sure/relatively certain that the pain is clearly defined. But then I posted this awhile ago, and I will leave this forum like the ones before, they become predictable and repetitious.
