As of the Dec 13th seniority list, 950 which includes people still in training. Over 150 of those are non-flying pilots (instructors, management, etc... ).

Attrition to the majors seems to really be picking up, especially in the last month. I would bet that more than 50% of all new hire classes from here on out will cover the attrition, and the remainder will be new growth pilots. There is still the potential for upgrades under 2 years for several more months.
