I second the "Wow." The one absolute killer is attitude. Give a hint of entitlement to an interviewer and you are done. My personal best example was a military pilot + engineering degree + commuter line check airman + minority. He was so arrogant it shocked me. Thought his carrier should merge with be big D and he should come straight over as a 767 Capt... I was F/O at the time and he told this to the Delta 767 LCA. Told us he had been interviewed and rejected by Delta once and UAL twice. New Guys & Gals: Play the game, lose the attitude, be honest on the psych test & everything else, be on time, dress nice, be friendly..sorta like someone you would like to fly with, and relax. You will do fine. OFG
