I don't think the majors will be too worried about anyone "jumping ship" at that point. Lets face it, when you get there that most likely is the last stop for your flying career. While I think our training department is high quality, I don't think we have all that more intensive training than any other regional. TPIC still matters no matter what we try to tell ourselves.
I've actually heard of several guys leaving DAL and UAL new hire training, for other jobs....dunno what for maybe SWA? I've heard SWA new hires leaving for DAL too.
I would think they are worried (especially LCCs) that if you have multiple offers, or offers soon after getting hired, that you'd leave.
