It isn't that tough, while I don't have all the answers, BTDT for quite awhile, if there is money involved, senior guys will jump on it like a duck on a june-bug. Unless there is a question, then we will wait until we are sure/relatively certain that the pain is clearly defined. But then I posted this awhile ago, and I will leave this forum like the ones before, they become predictable and repetitious AND I WON'T BE MISSED.
