All I've heard is the 125/mo through April.
Unofficial word is "hiring indefinitely", but you can't fund "indefinitely" so it gets approved several months at a time.
Retirements haven't kicked in, every update we see says "Network added more flying at the last minute", and there is some planned aircraft growth so I think you can plan on significant hiring in the near term.
