Just read the All Pilot Memo from Flight ops. Two interesting goals for 2015 were the accelerate narrow body deliveries for 2015 and to finish negotiations on a new PWA before the amendable date.
RA stated during the investor day that he wanted to have the pilot contract done before it expired.
I've also heard that we are trying to move the 321 deliveries up to this year but aren't having much luck.
