I believe this is an answer no one knows. I can tell you every month I go up 15-20 spots in the seniority list. This doesn't account for the 48 who went to AA. Once they finish training, their name will be removed from the list.
You must be fairly new. I've averaged 4-5 spots per month over the last year including guys going to mainline.
