We just got 3% 8 days ago, we will get another 13 or 16% (can't remember at the moment) and it could be more depending on Delta, Jan 1 2016. That is a 16-19% raise in 1 year and we don't give up a thing. Remember cost neutral arbitration.
You are so willing to give up all the company asks for a 5-8 percent raise 11.5 months earlier? You will NEVER see those concessions returned. Here is the ironic part, because someone just like yourself will vote for the next company proposal for the exact same reasons you want it now.
