If so I just read it. It does have some worrisome clauses in it. But no where does it contain language that the company would terminate our health care plans.
The biggest one I read that caused concern was that if the arbitrator couldn't make a ruling in time, the company would just implement the changes. That's bogus, and certainly should've been struck from the language.
I wonder if the FAs contract has the healthcare clause in there, if not, we don't even have to worry about it.
As a side note, the actual idea behind the ACA was a good one, but it was watered down so much by the Republicans trying to get a bipartisan vote that it neutered the true ideas behind it. At the company my wife left, their family coverage increased to almost $14,000 a year out of pocket alone.
