No clue. And, I've seen the hiring spigot turned off as fast as it was turned on. The good thing about that is Alaska doesn't overstaff. Until the last economic glitch, they hadn't furloughed pilots in over 20 years. Than 9/11 and the downturn came along and they had a 3 year furlough.

But that's the airline business. The best thing I can say about Alaska managers is that they are VERY conservative. They have a history of slow but steady growth with very few pullbacks.
