Three more buddies in past 2 weeks called for interviews. Loving this hiring pace.

Timeframe seems to be about 60 days after sending the note to the hiring desk. Only pilot who hasn't heard in that time might be slightly low on hours compared to others, but he just started with a regional. A few hundred hours and we'll get another DAL pilot to ping the desk on his behalf and I think he'll get the nod.

For the record, the low end of the scale I've seen for flight time for MIL buddies who have been called is ~2.5Khrs TT, ~1K PIC/IP. All have degrees, most have masters.
