I never had mine reviewed. Of course I don't recall a meeting with the CPO either, I guess I got lost in the mix.
I think this is a new process. With the huge hiring going on this time, I believe they're trying to put some sort of more organized quality control system in place to identify potential problems before probation is up.
I've slipped through that screen by ordering extra nametags with the names of the pilots in my class with higher SSNs. So far, I've jumped seven seniority numbers!
