Delta has pretty much reached the point of if you have a pulse you're hired. This is based on my info from bros with less than 2k hrs (fighter) and less than 3k (heavies) that are being hired.
They are not at this point at all - this is fact. Regionals are at this point because no one wants to work for them because of the low wages. I can confirm the regionals have hired several that they were hopeful of passing the training, but couldn't because they were not experienced, but they did have a pulse.
Delta will most likely not be at this point for another 5 years if even then. Delta has better compensation packages now than any other passenger major first year.
Take this from a 6k+ hr guy that is WANTING an invite from DL. I also know many other sharp guys that are in my shoes as well. You have posted other good information before, but don't lose credibility with posts like these.
Trust me, the competition is still very fierce trying to get an invite to interview.
