Not so sure. I believe SKW would voluntarily downsize their flying (which they're probably going to be doing anyway, voluntary or not) rather than lower their standards to the point of hiring anyone with a pulse. I think.
I talked with someone on the interview team that said something to effect of that there are a majority of people in class today that would have never of made it 3 years ago.
