Even with a hypothetical $8,000 over the Cadillac cap, the company's responsibility money wise would be half the projected $85 mil min day cost.

I agree with you. If it was that big of a deal, then they would've locked it up with min day, especially if they knew their $85 mil projection was overinflated.

The reality is if we vote no, they save so much cash it dwarfs the expense of the health care costs, HBT, and int'l/dom divisions.
